Shipping policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 3 business days of your order 
confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a 
second notification once your order ships.

Shipping rates
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. Free shipping 
applies to orders over $49.99 within the continental United States.

Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in Utah.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking 
number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to 
become active.

If tracking has not updated or you have concerns about your delivery, 
contact us at info@sgksports.com with your name and order number and 
we will look into it.

P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address at 
checkout.

Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, email info@sgksports.com as soon as 
possible with your order number and photographs of both the item and 
the packaging. Photographs of the outer box are important for freight 
claims, so please take them before discarding any packaging.
