Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Before sending anything back
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Contact us 
at info@sgksports.com to request one. Items sent back without an RA 
number will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.

To request an #RA, please provide:
· Model number
· Serial number
· Reason for return
· Order number

Once issued, an RA number is valid for 30 days.

Condition and packaging
Machines must be disassembled and returned in the original box or a 
comparable shipping container. Returns missing parts, accessories, 
manuals or original packaging may be subject to an additional 10% 
charge.

Returns by choice
If you change your mind, return shipping is at your expense and a 10% 
restocking fee applies. This applies even if your order shipped free 
— free shipping covers delivery to you, not the return.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, 
contact us immediately. We cover it in full: no restocking fee, no 
return shipping cost to you. Please photograph the damage and the 
packaging before contacting us, as this speeds up the process.

Where returns go
Returns are sent to our supplier's warehouse in Utah, not to our 
office address. We will provide the correct shipping address with 
your RA number.

Canada and international orders
For orders shipped outside the continental United States, return 
shipping on change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense and 
can be substantial on heavier items. Duties and taxes already paid 
are generally not refundable.

For damaged or defective items shipped to Canada, contact us before 
returning anything. Depending on the item and the fault, we may send 
a replacement part, ship a replacement unit, or arrange another 
remedy. We handle these case by case so you are not paying to ship a 
heavy machine across the border.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you 
whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to the 
original payment method, less any restocking or shipping charges. 
Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
